1. UK Delivery & Dispatch Times
All parcels are dispatched across the UK using tracked postal services.
- Standard UK Delivery: Typically arrives within 2–4 working days after dispatch.
- Postage Rates: Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout. Where specified on individual items, free delivery applies automatically.
2. Multi-Item Orders & Separate Deliveries
We stock both unique one-off vintage pieces and official made-to-order campaign merchandise. If your order contains both types, they will arrive in separate parcels:
• Pre-Loved & Vintage: Dispatched directly from our studio at 66 Penybryn in Ystradgynlais within 1–2 working days.
• Made-to-Order Merch: Printed fresh per order to eliminate waste. Production takes 2–4 working days before direct shipping from our print partner.
*You will receive separate tracking links for each parcel at no additional charge.
3. Local Order Collection (Click & Collect)
Local customers can collect orders directly from our location:

Once you receive your "Ready for Pickup" email, please send us a WhatsApp message before or upon arrival so we can have your order ready at the door.
